Our response to COVID-19

We want to give you an update on what we are doing to minimise the exposure and risk to the COVID-19 virus while serving our customers.

What we are doing as a business:

  • Following Victorian covid-safe guidelines, our staff use face masks, maintain social distancing, and practice hand hygiene.
  • Our employees are required not to come to work if unwell, to get tested for coronavirus and to stay at home.
  • Our administration team are working from home.

What does this mean for our customers?

  • As an essential service, we are still able to provide services to our customers under a covid-safe plan.
  • We also ask that customers contact us to cancel appointments if they are ill or have been exposed to COVID-19.
